My friends and I decided to treat ourselves to the Alameda Meals on Wheels Restaurant Week Special at C'era Una Volta. The meal included a tender filet mignon, a generous portion of roasted vegetables and potatoes, a refreshing arugula, beet, and pistachio salad, fluffy focaccia, and a decadent tiramisu for dessert. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the steak, as it was so large that I was able to enjoy leftover steak sandwiches the following day for lunch. The flavors were incredible, and the quality of the ingredients truly shone through in every dish. Not only did we have a delightful dining experience, but we also felt good knowing that our meal was helping to support our homebound neighbors through Alameda Meals on Wheels.
